Well, howdy there internet people, it's both again.

So today we are going to talk about Putin's Charm offensive

and what's going on there.

The diplomatic push that is underway by the Russian government.

We talked about it briefly over on the road's not taken on the other channel and we have a little bit more information. I think over

there we talked about it in relationship to the grain deal, the grain deal. That doesn't look like it's going anywhere at the moment. Putin basically told Turkey,

hey, these are my complaints, these are my demands, the West needs to do X, Y, and Z.

The West is like, we're already doing that.

It appears to be a non-starter at least for the moment.

That's not great news for really anybody to include Putin.

That's just bad news all around.

Generally speaking, food disruption is not good.

Okay, we have a little bit more information about the possible North Korean Russian arms exchange

North Korea providing military assistance to Russia. It appears the head of state of North Korea will be traveling to

Russia to meet with Putin. Odds are a deal is going to be worked out. Now, what the quantity and quality of the

assistance that Russia is going to get from North Korea, that's up in the air,

nobody knows. What might North Korea get

out of this? An invitation to the big game, be treated a little bit more as an equal when it comes to Russia and China.

Not a real equal but equal enough to present themselves as an equal to people in North Korea.

That might come in the form of a joint naval exercise between Russia, China, and North Korea.

In other news about Russia's force generation capabilities, Russia is apparently

recruiting from outside of Russia to a greater degree trying to get foreign troops to go to Ukraine
