Well, howdy there internet people, let's vote again. So today we are going to talk about

Memphis coming back into the news cycle and what that news is. A couple of weeks ago I put out a video talking about the developments in

Memphis and how everything was shaping up just to remind everybody about what's

going on and said you know they, they're going to come back into the new cycle.

Don't forget about what's been happening here and what occurred in Memphis.

Memphis is back in the new cycle.

The feds, the Civil Rights Division, they have indicted five cops from Memphis PD,

I guess former cops at this point. The allegations are very expansive. They center on the

idea that they deprived Mr., of his constitutional rights, that they willfully deprived him, of those constitutional rights, deprivation of rights under the color of law.

The allegations, it's a list. When you read

through the conduct involved, it's everything from unlawful assault, excessive

force, failure to intervene, deliberate indifference,

I think there's even conspiracy to witness tamper, it's a big deal. There are a lot of acts that are described as far as them gaming the body cam

system and all of that.

It is worth remembering that these charges are the federal charges.

They are on top of the state charges,

which is also expansive. I want to say that those are second

degree murder, ag assault, ag kidnapping, official misconduct, and official oppression.

Fact check that list though.

They are facing two pretty big cases.

Generally speaking, when we talk about this because we have talked about the charts and how federal

sentencing works that's one of the first questions and this is no different.
