Well, howdy there internet people, it's Bo again. So today we are going to talk about

Trump's election strategy and why it won't work and why it won't work. It is tied to his legal strategy. The two things go together. And the legal

strategy is delay, delay, delay, delay, delay. Right. Get it past the election. He's said this now. Do you think the American people would elect

somebody under indictment? Probably not, right?

Especially if they already lost to the person they're going to be running against.

That seems super unlikely.

Trump lost in 2020. After 2020 he did all of this stuff

that made independence even more leery of him. He can't win under indictment. He needs those

independence in order to get the White House back. So delaying the trial until after the election is almost a guaranteed loss.

He will lose votes, period.

However, if he was period.

However, if he was to go to trial and clear his name,

well, then he'd be almost certain to win.

It's really that simple because if he wins at trial well then the

American people are going to be like wait maybe we were wrong about him and

they probably vote for him. They would have a doubt going the other way. The

reality is Trump already lost to Biden and now he has a just ever expanding list of serious political issues.

Things that kind of make candidates unelectable, and he's got a bunch of them.

Now among his base, they don't see that yet, but those independents are who he needs to convince in order to win.

To all of those people who are going to say, but the polls, the polls are showing you the same thing they showed you when they promised a red wave.
