Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk about

Montana and the state constitution and a ruling on a case we have been following on this channel for a while.

I actually can't remember how long, but it's been a long time.

So the courts have determined that a bunch of young people who filed suit against the state

saying that the state was violating their constitutional rights by not providing and helping to maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment.

In Montana, the state constitution, I want to say that it is Article 9, section beginning. that portion of the Constitution basically guarantees that the state and everybody in Montana

Now, undoubtedly, the state will try to overturn this. There's a lot of money in fossil fuels and this sets a very dangerous

So I would imagine that Montana is going to spend a ton of money trying to find a way to
