Well, howdy there, Internet people, it's Bell again.

So today, we're going to talk about Chesterson CDC and Trump walking back.

In what is becoming a very frequent event, more federal employees are being told their terminations were whoopsies.

This time, it's hundreds of CDC employees.

As it turns out, some of those programs and employees that were dropped under the guise of

increasing efficiency were actually kind of important, and their unceremonious termination

was, in in fact inefficient.

A statement from Health and Human Services about the rehiring of more than 450 people, said, quote,

the Trump administration is committed to protecting essential services, whether it's supporting coal miners and firefighters through NIOSH,

safeguarding public health through lead prevention,

or researching and tracking the most prevalent communicable diseases.

Weird.

Because generally, you don't engage in haphazard and incorrect firings

if you're committed to protecting the services.

It went on. Quote,

HHS is streamlining operations without compromising mission-critical work.

Enhancing the health and well-being of all Americans remains our top priority.

These people were terminated in early April.

I mean, that seems like it was compromised for about two months.

The employees belong to the National Center for Environmental Health,

the immediate office of the director, the Global Health Center, and National Center for HIV, Viral Health, the immediate office of the director, the Global Health Center, and National Center for
