Okay, so it appears that another atmospheric river, a thin band of precipitation, will be coming in by the

information that I have, it's supposed to show up tonight. So this is going to

bring more rain with it. Areas of particular concern appear to be

central and northern California. It's worth noting you already have roads that are flooded closed damage

You already have people that are isolated there are roughly 15 million people currently under flood watch

There have been people that have been lost and there are some

areas that have mandatory evacuation. It's important to stay up to date with

your local emergency services.

The expectation is that there will be another six inches of

water in some areas. This is six inches on top of what's already there and the melting snow pack. It has the

potential to cause a lot more issues. Now in a situation like this your absolute best defense the thing you need the most is

information because you have to make decisions based on the

information you have at hand. The more information you have, the better those

decisions are going to be. So I would definitely stay up to date with your local news. Check in on your phone, set reminders

if you need to to find out exactly what areas are being hit, how hard

and where the effects will end up. Because sometimes rain can dump in one place and impact heavily is somewhere else.
