Well, howdy there, internet people. It's Bell again. So today, we're going to talk about an Air Force major being arrested for criticizing the president.

Major Jason Watson was in uniform when U.S. Capitol Police arrested him. He was expressing his opposition to the current

administration on the Capitol steps. Service members are prohibited from engaging in partisan

activities while in uniform. He supported the impeachment efforts of Representative Al Green and

said, quote,

If Congress followed his example, we could remove the entire Trump administration.

But Congress remains unconvinced of the urgency and necessity for them to honor their oaths.

So, we must persuade them with our unrelenting, uncompromising, civil

resistance. He condemned Trump's wars without congressional authorization, saying, quote,

these violations resulted in the deaths of 13 service members and injuries of hundreds more. For this, the

president and vice president must be impeached, convicted, and removed. Major Watson said he

wasn't a Democrat, and that he found it ironic that his arrest occurred in the lead up to July 4th.

I find it funny that the administration is pretending to now care about troops in uniform being engaged in partisan activity.

We've talked in the past about this administration's use of troops as props,

so much that people who never served now understand the term military bearing and why troops maintain it while they're being used as political props.

Many troops and vets don't understand that they're a joke to this administration.

Literally.
