Well, howdy there internet people, let's bow again. So today we are going to talk about

some Republicans in the Senate, roadblocks, status quo, and what is likely to occur based on a promise that some Republican

Senators have made.

Okay, so what's going on? A relatively small number, I want to say

eight Republican senators have kind of promised to attempt to stop Biden nominees if they're judicial or

political work against you know Democratic legislative priorities in the Senate,

you know, not fund the Department of Justice,

stuff like this.

And the reason they're promising to do this is because they

believe the White House did something wrong in regards to the thing that

happened in New York that wasn't federal. Anyway, so that's the promise they're inviting other

Republican senators to join their efforts. So what does this mean? It

means that it's going to be annoying. That's what it means.

The Senate has a Democratic majority.

They're not actually going to be able to stop this stuff.

They're going to be able to slow it down. It will be annoying. The other

thing is this isn't really much of a change. This is kind of what the Republican Party has

been doing the entirety of the Biden administration, just trying to disrupt Democratic Party legislative

priorities.

I mean that's pretty much just been what the house has been doing like there's not

There's not much of a change there at all because most of what is being discussed would need to go through

both houses. Now when it comes to the appointments yeah that's that's something that they can do and they can.
