So today, we're going to talk about Musk losing twice and $7 million.

Judges have once again stepped in to at least temporarily block Trump and Musk's plans.

First, a federal judge in D.C. put a temporary order in place blocking Musk's team from gaining

access to Treasury's payment system. The order prohibits Treasury from sharing the information

with anyone from outside the agency. The current order is temporary, while the judge considers

a more permanent block.

Just because everything is political in today's world, the judge was originally appointed by Reagan, and then went on to be a FISA judge.

She's also the judge who denied Saddam Hussein's last-minute appeal.

I don't know her personally, but I feel like she's not a liberal.

A different federal judge in Massachusetts blocked the deadline for the federal government's buyout

resignation slash deferment slash whatever.

This is temporary as well, with more developments expected on Monday.

In other Musk-related news, the cost of the cost-cutting program has drawn raised eyebrows

from many observers.

House Appropriations ranking member Rosa DeLauro said in a statement that,

quote, despite fabricating the United States Doge Service out of thin air, President Musk has already

grown his unelected bureaucracy to lay claim to nearly $7 million of American taxpayer funding.

The total apportionment has been $6.75 million, according to information released by the Office

of Management and Budget. In other news, that seems like it'll come up again later,
