Summary

Emotional eating can be a real obstacle to overcome for many.  The trick is not to deal with emotional eating but to instead deal with the emotions themselves.  You need to give them another way out that is healthier.  If there is no emotional baggage weighing you down then the need to emotional eat will be diminished.  

In this episode I talk about one of my favorite ways to get this stuff out of your head.  Journaling.  We talk about why you should journal and how I like to do it myself.
