Gabby, this podcast, I want to take a deep breath.

And I kind of want to do a big picture thoughts on where things are at with the program rather than get in the weeds of like

what happened against SMU and where does Miami need to go from here etc i think we've kind of

covered honestly like this season you know where Miami where maybe Miami can improve some and maybe find

some explosiveness on offense.

Maybe they can't this year.

I don't know.

And then also, of course, the penalties were killer.

The ref decisions at times were killer.

And the inability to catch the football at times was killer as well against SMU. So that's kind of just the SMU stuff.

I want to go big picture.

I want to because, you know, it does feel like, not that things are at like an inflection point with the program, but just like, I feel like these four

games are really important. And so I want to go a big picture. Maybe what went wrong this

season? You know, also, I think it's fair to recognize like what Mario Cristobal has done right

since taking over in 2022 because, yes, I think both

things are true, right?

Where things are at right now with this program is frustrating, but I do think he has pushed

things forward significantly for this football program in a big time way, you know, with the help

of not only the university
