What are you most thankful for today about Jesus?

See, tomorrow we start our 11th month of reading the gospels together this year and every time

we do, I discover something different that I'm so thankful for about Jesus.

Reading the gospels all year hasn't necessarily been about hitting a goal, although I am super

proud of those of you who have been with us from the start or those of you who have finished

a 30-day loop and you're jumping in again, maybe you've done a couple of months,

but it's been about the daily encounter we get to have with God and with scripture.

We say this around here often, but you don't have to be in the gospels every day to be changed,

but every day that we are in the gospels changes us.

If it feels like the fall busyness is owning you right now and you want a simple way to connect

with God in November, come read the gospels with us. This month is a little different because

really every day we are sitting in the question, what today am I most thankful for about Jesus?

It takes about 15 minutes a day and for November we're going to read the Christian

Standard Bible or the CSB. We're going to start with the book of Luke and then John,

followed by Matthew and ending with Mark. So come on and join us. I wonder what God could

reveal to you and teach you about Jesus in these 30 days through the four books of the gospels.

What will you end up thanking God for by the end of November? And you know, it's always more fun

and you are more likely to finish all 30 days if you do it with somebody else. So who do you

want to invite to read the gospels with you? Maybe there's a coworker you could listen with at

the start of the workday or maybe there's a friend you can text with every day once you've listened.
