Summary
The title is kind of a misnomer, because you aren't actually 'in' the body to begin with. You're simply aware of the body... aware of the sense of having a body. But what is it that's aware? What's aware of these words right now? What's aware of the questions your mind is throwing out right now? This awareness is what you've been looking for, and It's actually what you're looking with. This awareness is the way 'out' of ordinariness and into the extraordinary. Let's open the door, together.
