And I know that that is a hang up for so many people because they're like,

what, well I just made a post yesterday, what do I post about today? And the one point that I want to drive

home on that is that people want to buy with a friend.

So the question is this

how do most agents find the secrets to succeed in today's competitive real estate market

especially when the top agents are keeping those secrets themselves.

oh gosh what a whirlwind year have you guys seen much of a market shift down there

we saw a big shift in Austin and it's been like half and half the people

that I've interviewed so like the we've seen giant market shifts here going

from like two months of inventory to nine months of inventory prices down like 20

percent. Washington DC seems to be performing pretty good. I forget another

market I interviewed last week where they're like everything's normal but what's your

market like? You normal but what's your market like?
