And today's 10-minute walk with a mindset shift starts right after this.

Today's walk might be a little bit louder than

typical. Oftentimes I'm walking in another part of our community that's near a

lake or back in the woods or an access road that really doesn't have a whole lot of

traffic. I think most of today's walk is going to be about a dozen feet from a major road

through the community where we live. Two lanes heading in one direction separated by a grassy median

and then two lanes heading in the other direction. It is past sunrise, so it's not like everyone

is asleep. People are awake and they're in their vehicles heading to wherever it is they're heading to.
