Awesome. Well, I'd love if you could start us off by telling us a little bit about yourself and your background and your company. And then we'll dive into some nitty gritty insurance questions.

Yeah, sure. So I've been an insurance broker for just over 10 years, and I

started right out of college at a small boutique brokerage here in the Bay Area. I totally,

I fell into insurance. It wasn't something I was looking at getting into, but I was really

drawn to risk management as an industry once I got into it. I'm fascinated by industries where

there's an entire world that's going on behind what you see. And insurance is, I think,

that for a lot of people. There's not a whole lot known widely about it. So I was really into that.

I liked learning about the nitty gritty of various types of businesses and why

they need certain types of insurance. And I really like the technical part of it. I started my
