it is one of my goals this year. So I do feel like I was on social media more this week and I

just felt pressure because it seems like everyone was kind of the same track as me if they do

felt kind of overwhelming because when you see something on social media you just assume this is what we

I had a really productive week and I did. I got a new gym membership. I started lifting again.
