Hi, I'm Dave. I started walking for fitness in 2013. Still take an intentional fitness walk every single day.

I'm walking right now and I would love to have you join me for the next 10 minutes.

And perhaps you heard that plane taking off as we were getting started.

I'm walking near the airport, the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

And there's a plane full of people going somewhere. I don't know if they are heading out on

vacation away from Myrtle Beach or maybe those are folks who spent the week in Myrtle Beach and they are leaving

their vacation.

That would be a plane full of sad people.

I always have always struggled on the final day or two of a vacation.

And I don't know what that is.

Ava and I have talked about that.

And she said she never had a problem.

She loved vacation, but never had a problem leaving.

It was never this melancholy event.

But every time a vacation winds down and we have to leave i feel sad and so if those are people who are leaving myrtle beach

who are ending their vacation i hope for their sakes they're wired more like my wife and not me

because that's a that's a sad plane.

That's a sad plane ride there.

So a few years ago, I've mentioned, speaking of Ava, I've mentioned that she is a runner.
