Today's message is something I've really needed to come back to lately. And typically when I keep coming back to a message personally,

And that is to let it be easy even when life feels hard. And I want to unpack this phrase

because at first it can feel contradictory. Like,

how am I supposed to let things be easy when they're not easy? When I'm stressed, overwhelmed,

emotional, uncertain, navigating something deep. But what I've learned, especially over the past

year, is that ease is not about what's happening outside of you. It's a frequency that you choose to align with.

It is a decision. It's an energy. It's a way of moving through life. And in this episode, I want to talk

about what that looks like for me in real time, how I shift into ease when I notice myself

spiraling into overthinking or forcing, how you can soften too even when things feel

anything but light. And I think we can start with being real with ourselves. Like most of us

have been conditioned to believe that if it's not hard, it's not working. Right. We're praised

for pushing through, for grinding, for being productive even when we're burnt out burnt out and for a long time i wore that like a badge of honor even in my healing in my routines in my relationships my spiritual practice i made things harder than they needed to be i'd be like i have to journal for three pages or it doesn't count or if I don't wake up by 6 a.m. I'm

behind or if I don't speak everything that's on my mind, then I'm not standing up for myself

or if I'm resting, I need to earn it. But what I've learned is that ease isn't the opposite of effort.
