If you haven't, let me save you some time. It's

not as easy as it looks. I learned this the hard way at a friend's kids' birthday party. They

had a backyard gymnastics setup, and while the kids were off doing cartwheels, I thought,

how hard could this be? I stepped onto the balance beam and immediately started wobbling.
