the messiness of being human. Oh, We're recording today really early in the morning because I had a bad day, had a

migraine on our recording day and just couldn't do it. What's been occurring to me

lately is how messy it is to be human. We are

sensitive if you're listening to the show you're sensitive I'm sensitive. Many of us are introverts. When I read the review

comments for the show, wow they're powerful. They're so powerful. I can't look

at them right now. I'll just cry for the show. But what I see are many themes of

being really shocked and surprised and feeling finally unalone.

So I want to talk to you particularly to introverts

whose worlds can get very small as we move through

and we get hurt or we get wounded. It can seem like a smart

strategy to just pull within, to never leave home, to make a world very small,

to be hurtless. I don't advise it. I don't think it's the way to go.

But to be able to be more social, to be able to be more connected, to be able to feel more alive and present in our world with ourselves and with each other.
