| 1:57.8 | being really shocked and surprised and feeling finally unalone. |

| 2:11.1 | and we get hurt or we get wounded. It can seem like a smart |
| 2:16.1 | strategy to just pull within, to never leave home, to make a world very small, |

| 2:27.2 | But to be able to be more social, to be able to be more connected, to be able to feel more alive and present in our world with ourselves and with each other. |
