So the first tip I have for you all is letting go of any expectations.

As human beings, we naturally have expectations.

If I do this, then I expect this to happen.

And know that there's absolutely nothing wrong with having expectations.

But when those expectations don't come into fruition and then we shift into the space

of judgment, now we're talking about something that can be dangerous.
