Alright y'all, I am super pumped about today's episode because in this episode, my husband

is joining me and we are going to be talking about our experience and our journey with buying

our first house and some of the lessons that we've learned being first time home buyers.

We've owned a home for just under six months now, so we're still really early on, but

already we've learned so many valuable lessons through the buying process, the negotiation

process, moving in and even living in the house in the first few months, what comes up

during those first few months and all the things you have to figure out. So I'm excited

just to disclaimer though, unfortunately, he wasn't able to join me in the studio, so

we phoned him in, so his audio might be a little bit different than mine, but hey, we

made it work. So anyways, I'm pumped. I hope you're pumped without further ado. Let's

dive into all that we have to share with you today. Babe, are you excited? I am so excited.

Oh good. Well, I'm excited to and I'm super happy to have you on. This is so fun. We need

to do this together more. Oh yeah. Anyways, I'm going to let you tell this story about

kind of the process as to how we came across buying a house because we totally weren't

planning that. Where are we? No, no, that's what was funny is we had, you know, we were

living in a rental home, which was good because we'd live in two apartments prior to that.

And we wanted, I guess, kind of the prep is this whole story. I think Jay, both you and I

would recommend renting a house, buyer to our house. Yeah.

Get used to the maintenance of a house. You know, always want. Yeah.
