Hey, hey friends, I am so excited to chat with you guys today because today I'm bringing

you on my friend Kat and we are just going to share our stories.

When it comes to what can happen when we overwork ourselves trying to keep up, trying to

make a way, I think there's so much pressure in our society, even maybe in our own hearts.

I don't know about you, but I believe I'm an Enneagram 3, but I also wonder if I'm

an 8.

We've been saying I'm a 3 as a joke because we can't decide which one I really kind

of fit into because I kind of draw elements of both, meaning I really thrive during high

energy and high stressful situations more so than other Enneagram numbers or other types

of people.

So that's great for a while, but then I crash hard.

And so I know that about myself and I've experienced some different in the last year.

So just how pressure can really get to us and how stress can really get to us and

how burdensome like overwhelm can be.

And I'm kind of the first person to tell you, pull yourself up by your bootstraps, get

to work, kick by it, work hard.

But I think there's also a fine balance in that.

And that's something Kat and I are going to talk about today.

Kat has a really amazing story and just a very interesting story and also very relatable.

And I was able to echo a few things that we got to talk about.

And I'm excited for you to hear this conversation just because it really is such a picture of

two women that were just kind of on this hamster wheel and going and going and going.
