0:45.0	What are some of the things that that it has taught you Ashley?
0:49.0	You know I I spend a lot of time reflecting on what the garden teaches me and I come from a scientific background so of course that allows me to utilize that that scientific
1:06.1	arm but there are some more of those more holistic concepts that the garden teaches me
1:12.4	things that are like basically concepts that the garden teaches me
1:13.0	things that are like based in virtue
1:16.0	and really things that we try to practice each day as
1:20.0	as human beings.
1:21.0	And you know, three of those things I would say that the garden has really taught me over my journey is, you know, compassion, respect respect and also just not trying to control everything
1:38.2	recognizing that you know I am limited as a human and that's okay. That's okay.
1:46.2	Yeah, I think I did not learn the
1:49.6	Control element or the lack of control element
1:52.9	until many years into the season,
1:55.8	or many years into my growing journey,
1:57.4	because I just thought I, oh, well, it's,
1:59.4	you know, I'm the gardener.
