Hello everyone and welcome back to the final 2020 episode of Fingers Cross podcast.

That is so weird to say that it's actually been the first year, well, not full year, but the first year that we've done this podcast in the books.

24 episodes. Like, that's really something. I'm proud of us. Like, and we haven't missed the week. Yeah, no.

Knock on wood. Yeah. Well, yeah, so far so good. We have a lot of reflecting to do. I don't know about you, but my planner had a lot of plans that didn't get panned out.

And my just ideas of things changed a lot this year.

And I think all of us, I mean, I don't need to drive home the same words you've heard a million times about the unprecedented.

What is it the words everyone says about 2020?

The uncertain times, the unprecedented, global, whatever.

Yeah.

It's just been a year.

Expecting the unexpected.

Yeah, indeed.

I was just thinking about as when I was reflecting on the things I wanted to talk about today

and like what I really have learned as the year went on, I feel like there's so many, when I look back on what I learned

and my lessons, a lot of them correlate with episodes of the podcast because I feel like a lot

of we like dived or unpacked specific issues. Like I feel like I learned a lot from the things we talked about, from the things people

shared when they wrote in, from the things that it brought me to talk about openly and the

conversations we had.

I just, I feel really grateful that we, like, had this platform to sit and talk about these

things because I feel like naturally with

your friends you wouldn't necessarily bring up these kind of conversations. Yeah, I agree. You definitely

learn a lot from it's kind of just like a different angle of self-reflection when you're talking
