Welcome to our Wednesday's broadcast of the Gospel Truth.

Today I'm continuing to teach about Elijah. Actually, I've passed Elijah now, we're into Elijah, who is his replacement.

And the reason I've combined these two is because Elijah didn't accomplish everything the Lord told him to.

And in 2 Kings, chapter 8 and chapter 9, you find Elijah's replacement actually fulfilling the full thing.

So I'm just adding a little bit to this.

This book is all about Elijah up until his translation, and then we have a study guy that goes with it.

And then my DVDs and CDs in the past, I've stopped at the translation of Elijah where he got caught up into heaven.

But now we are adding to this, we're updating this, so this will be a new update to this series.

And it'll include these few things that I'm teaching here about the ministry of Elijah, because actually they go together.

You know, there's an expiration date on every single person, myself, you, all of us.

Unless Jesus comes back in our lifetime, nobody is living forever.

And so you need to make plans that what God has started through you continues.

You know, even on a level where you aren't reaching millions of people, you should be doing this in your family.

You should be laying a foundation that your children can be building upon.

In a sense, each one of us is standing upon the shoulders of other people.

You know, there's people that were mentors to me and that imparted things to me, and I'm standing on their shoulders.

And then we've built this 130 million dollars worth of facilities here, and we're adding to it.

And someday I'll be gone, and there'll be people taking over.
