Welcome to the Jasmine Star Show, where if you've been around the block with me, you will know that

26, in fact, I have written in my notebook that this year I made the intentional decision.

Less push and I want to be pulled. I want to be pulled where I'm supposed to go. I've spent the last

decade building and pushing on my own force. And then I believe

that there's been a divine calling in my life. And so I'm in Austin. You'll notice that the studio looks a little bit different today. And I explained to the podcast producer renting this gorgeous studio. And I'd said, I'm so excited. Thank you so much for having me. This is really great. I said, I've been here. And I'm going to get to that in a second, but I said, I've been here and I've been working with my C-O. And no, this is not part of any of my podcast notes, but everything in intention, what you put out is the thing that you ultimately get. And so I'm going to get into why I'm going to be introing this podcast, but I'm working at a studio And the producer in the studio that I rented. And I told him, you know, I really just need to be grounded today. So I'm going to be spending time with my husband and daughter later. I'm just going to get grounded. And he called his wife. Okay, his wife. I didn't even know she was here. She came down. She just led us through a breathing exercise before we started. And I know this

is a business podcast, but you know what? A little breath, a little woo, a little grounding,

was perfect confirmation for us to get into this podcast episode when I wrote in my notes. Girl,

this year, less push, more pull. And so welcome to the Jasmine Star Show where there is an intersection of business and intention and purpose. And it's very special to me that I get to talk about this podcast. And if I have tears dropping down my face, I mean, it's just like that exis little gangster tear, like you don't even know they just kind of like seep out the side. It's like that little drive by tier, the little remnant of like gratitude that I get to do this.

Gratitude that we get to connect.

Gratitude that we get to build businesses on our own terms and define success the way that we do.

Heck, yes.

So on that note, I think that it's easy as an entrepreneur to get distracted.

I mean, I know that I'm just preaching to the choir. So this year,

I am focusing on creating less, but with more impact, more intention. So I want more flow. I want

more creativity. I want more growth. I want more abundance. And until we tell our brains what we should be focusing on, we're never going to see it.

And the thing that I realized is when I said, I want more growth, I have never grown as much as I have the last few years.

And they've been so hard. And then I'm like, I want more abundance. And my life has never been more abundant. Abundant in presence, abundant in joy,

abundant in gratitude, abundance in family time. And I said, oh, the very thing you said you wanted

was already in front of you. But you weren't even looking or tracking toward it. So the minute you set your intention as an

entrepreneur, you start seeing opportunities in that way. And that is what happened for me.

And the best part of getting to do what I do is I'm choosing to do it with people.

Entrepreneurship is very lonely. You do a lot of it. So this year I said, can I do more, have more impact,
