0:37.1	I am coming to you from Finland. I'm staying in a town called Haga, which is about 20 to 30 minutes outside of Helsinki.
0:39.9	It's where they got me hold up here.
0:43.6	And I meant to do this before I left.
0:48.3	I had planned to be done with this before I departed,
0:51.0	but time conspired against me.
0:55.4	It didn't happen, so I had to just throw this little recording rig in my bag and make it happen while I'm in Finland, and that's what I'm doing right now. But it's kind of late.
1:02.2	I'm a little bit tired because I'm halfway through a six-day training intensive. And anybody who's
1:09.3	done like a yoga training intensive where you do these really long
1:13.7	intensive days know that by the time you're done with a day, you're pretty spent.
1:21.4	But fortunately, it's one of those groups that really fuels you.
1:27.8	It's a small group, which means less money, frankly,
1:32.0	and certainly that occurs in my mind, like, oh, crap,
1:36.2	I didn't make as much money as I might have hoped.
1:39.4	But at the same time,
1:42.4	the reality of what's been happening in the sessions for the last three days
1:46.1	has been awesome. Everybody in the group is so completely engaged and there's so much wonderful
