So first question is simple, is what got you into real estate?

Well, that's a good question. I was in the military, and I had what I did gave me a lot of time to read, and I was trying

to decide what I wanted to do with my life and I had an entrepreneurial

spirit so checked out some books about real estate in the library one of them being I think it was

Robert W. Semenos 1,000 questions about real estate and so I just started reading it and I really

enjoyed it and loved that and then then from there, I decided I wanted

to get a salesperson's license. And so I went knocking on doors. Oh, you're a realtor.
