My guest today is a writer, actress, and producer

who is about as hot as anyone in Hollywood at the moment.

Over the past year she became the first black woman ever to be nominated for and to win the Emmy for Outstanding Writing for a comedy series in recognition of the Thanksgiving episode of Netflix's Master of None, which she co-wrote with Aziz Ansari, alongside whom she also stars

on that acclaimed comedy series. She starred in Stephen Spielberg's sci-fi action adventure film Ready Player

One. She propelled into existence as the Creator and Executive Prooser and one of the writers,

Showtime's The Shy, a drama series about 21st century life and death in a neighborhood on the south

side of Chicago, which debuted last December 15th online and this January 7th on TV,

and which was quickly renewed for a second season. She wrote another pilot, 20s,

which was picked up by TBS. she appeared on the cover of the first

Rodika Jones overseeing issue of Vanity Fair and just this month she was named

by Time magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world.

I'm talking about the trailblazing and unstoppable Lena Waith.
