I have not heard that.

I would not be surprised if that was the case because they already went.

They lost like three or four votes yesterday.

I think it would be a mistake for Democrats to cave right now because if you were just going

to cave day one, why would you not just do this in the beginning and just pass a clean

CR or an extension?

It's just another example of like put up a fight and then get everybody rubbed up for it and

then cave in the end.

Yeah, I don't understand it. Why do they always do that? Look, right now, I think they said that they're preparing maybe for a short term, one that, CR, one that expires before open enrollment for, you know, healthcare so that they can work on it then. But why would you ever trust the Republicans

right now? I wouldn't. I mean, look what happened in April when, you know, Chuck Schumer

did what he did. I mean, why would you trust that they would actually come back and do something

meaningful? No, well, they're not. You cannot trust this version of the Republican Party for a bunch

of reasons. Like one, congressional Republicans will not stand up to Donald Trump.
