Glad to be with you. Let's talk to you about something that has been fascinating and

confounding to a lot of folks as well, what's happening with the Trump administration and the mass

deportations and also believed no due process by some.

Have you had a chance to re-judge Harvey Wilkinson's rebuke of the Trump administration and what they're

doing? He issued a striking opinion, slamming their disregard for due process of rights for

Kilmar-Abrego-Garcia. So what do you make of this whole map? Well, I did read the

opinion. I thought it was very well done. And, you know, I'd always regarded Judge Wilkinson as

one of Reagan's best Court of Appeals appointees. He was three years ahead of me in college. I didn't

know him well, but we go back of ways. And I just think he's done a superb job. And I think this

opinion really sums it up. It's almost a plea to the Trump administration not to force a

constitutional crisis, which they seem to be determined to do. I think because they believe

the immigration issue is a winning issue politically for them, but they're putting the authority,

the courts in jeopardy. And when that happens, the ramifications will go well beyond the immigration

space. So do you believe that? So right now you don't believe we're in a constitutional crisis?

You think we're headed towards one? I'm not sure. I think we're kind of in one,

but look, this is about... Well, look, I think the Trump administration's playing fast and loose

on a variety of fronts, not just immigration. I think the, some of the executive orders are just
