opinion. I thought it was very well done. And, you know, I'd always regarded Judge Wilkinson as

one of Reagan's best Court of Appeals appointees. He was three years ahead of me in college. I didn't

know him well, but we go back of ways. And I just think he's done a superb job. And I think this

opinion really sums it up. It's almost a plea to the Trump administration not to force a

constitutional crisis, which they seem to be determined to do. I think because they believe

the immigration issue is a winning issue politically for them, but they're putting the authority,

the courts in jeopardy. And when that happens, the ramifications will go well beyond the immigration
