So you have been sorting out the impacts of the Supreme Court decision on the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, AEPA, for us at Automotive News.

So what are the impacts of this decision on the auto industry as far as you know it so far?

Yeah, it's sort of nuanced, right?

You know, these tariffs, as you mentioned, the ones that were struck down are only those that were applied under AEPA.

Those are the reciprocal tariffs that were placed on most of our trading partners, 10 to 50%,

as well as the fentanyl tariffs that were placed on Canadian, Mexican, and Chinese goods.

Those were struck down.

It's important to note, though, that other tariffs that were issued under other

authorities, including Section 232, those are the tariffs that, you know, including the auto
