Emhouser. Hopefully you guys are enjoying your Monday mornings. I am coming to you from inside the

Seattle Sports Studio.

I'm crashing in a room.

Hopefully they're not going to be upset with me doing a show in between doing a morning

show this morning with Mike Salk, which is a lot of fun, man.

It's such a, I would say it's an honor, you know, to be invited to co-host with him.

I think Brock and Salk is the best sports radio show going in the Seattle area, maybe in the

northwest.

And while Brock is out, getting to hang out with Mike and talk was great.

Hopefully you guys enjoyed the conversation. If you didn't,

YouTube. And then they'll have the podcast up later. Remarkably, I followed up Johnny Bench,

which is probably the biggest step down in quality of guests,

you could imagine.

But it was really cool listening to Donny Bench and a great interview that Salk did there.

And then, you know, we talked a lot about Seahawks, we talked to some about the Mariners.

So it was good.

I'm going to talk to some other folks from Seattle Sports here at

11 o'clock. So I only have less than a half an hour to do the show this morning. I think we
