0:43.1	So Jason, I would love to talk to you about how your interest in the paranormal started
0:48.8	because you've written paranormal nonfiction books and you've done some research around where you live in Missouri,
0:56.2	and it makes me think you have something that's happened to you that made all of this kind of
1:02.2	a passion and something you wanted to research and write about. Well, I think everyone who is
1:08.7	interested in the paranormal has had some experience. And if they
1:14.4	haven't, they've had, you know, grew up listening to experiences that grandma or grandpa had.
1:19.5	And they tell those stories. And with me, I grew up on a farm and I lived in a 120-year-old
1:26.8	farmhouse.
1:28.3	My family was as there are no such things as ghost as you could possibly get.
1:33.2	My mom entertained my passion for weird stuff, but she'd never seen anything.
1:41.4	So she didn't think ghosts were real.
1:43.2	But I had a couple of occurrences in that
1:46.1	house that told me, yes, these things are real. And one was innocent enough. I was probably nine
