There's really very little lessons learned in bodybuilding.

Because people always say, well, that was just him.

But their training protocol is not like what you and I have. We changed. It changed every time. You don't get repeated. You don't get the benefit of repeated ballot effect from what you and I did. Because we were thinking, how can I absolutely annihilate the muscle? That's what every goal, every workout we did, that was the goal. If you look at all the sleep studies where they do sleep restriction for four hours, you see increases in grelin, which is a hunger hormone, your stomach make.

You see decreases in leptin, which is the satiety hormone that your fat cells make.

And so you're not full, you're hungry all time, and guess what you create?

Like I go into the gym and it's like like I'm still training as if John was there.

You know, it's all his exact style of, and it's kind of like that where it's like I'm doing all these movements that just remind me a John.

Let's look at this from a realistic standpoint.

You got somebody who really probably needs to lose 30 to 50 pounds.

So instead of doing that, you're going to give them something that's going to enable them
