Today on The Girl To Find Show, we're talking with author Gretchen Saffles about her journey

struggling with legalism, eating disorders, just not enoughness, and ultimately how she

has found hope and freedom in Christ.

What's up, y'all? It's Bethany here, and I am so excited for us to get to jump into this

interview with Gretchen Saffles. You may recognize her name. She's the founder of The Well-Watered

Woman and the author of The Well-Watered Woman Book, which is amazing in the companion journal.

So we're going to jump into that conversation and just hear more about Gretchen's journey

of, you know, struggling with things that a lot of us have struggled with, legalism, just what

that is, what that looks like in her life, kind of going from the good girl to striving to measure

up. She also shares really openly and honestly about her struggle with eating disorder and how

she, in so many ways, was like, I could never imagine myself struggling with that and then

found herself in that very place. She also shares her journey of becoming a woman who actually

loves God's word and found freedom and hope in his word. So this is a conversation that's

going to be, I know, so encouraging to many of you. I just love that we get to bring these other

voices onto the podcast and get to share their experiences and just encourage the sisterhood.
