minute because this is a last minute filing last minute in the case since that it's

been filed in the past 18 hours 12

hours I don't even know how many hours but we are here to discuss a motion for a

Franks hearing that Richard Allen's attorneys have filed and if you are not familiar with

Richard Allen he is the man currently charged with the murders of Libby and

Abbey the Delphi murders. This is a surprise because there was no

deadline to file a motion or anything that's kind of just appeared on the docket

this morning very early and it is a long motion. It is about 135 pages and it comes with many

footnotes, many exhibits, many of the exhibits are confidential and a lot is

discussed in this motion including something that a lot of people have been

wondering how the girls died, how they were found, and many other gory details that are incredibly headline grabbing,

but what is not discussed in this motion is the legal relief that this motion is styled in and that's a legal relief for a Franks

hearing. So there is a lot to discuss here. We are not discounting this motion

because a lot is said here and we're going to discuss why this motion is styled the way that it is.
