I appreciate the praise but it was false praise and you know it.

I do know it because all I really care about is tying the descriptor to the case that

we're covering today and really if it describes you it's just cherry on top you

can be succinct when you want to be and I've seen your writing in court those of you who have read Brett's books know that he is an amazing writer and even more amazing legal writer because of his succinctness for hard legal complex issues and that's what we're talking about today.

Last week or some other week we talked about the 135-ish page filing that the defense filed in Richard Allen's case in the Delphi case and

we had told you that most of the motion had very little to do with the law and we you know also surmised that the

response was going to be short and to the point and that they should be short

into the point and just talk about the law

specifically about the challenge to the search warrant of Richard Allen's

abode and that's what they've done here. They filed just a couple of days ago their

eight page response. It is bulleted by numbered paragraphs and they pretty much

to stick to the legal standard that is a Frank's motion and I

thought it was effective but we'll see what you all think as we walk through

their response and wouldn't you know it? I don't think they mentioned Odinites once, do they?

Shocker, shockers, they do not. They mention the unprofessional filing or I don't know if it was unprofessional is the word they used

but there's one sentence where they mention the filing and how outrageous it is

but they do not actually go into the Odinites and you know if you guys listen to us when we talked about this

We said this is exactly what they should do they should respond exactly the way they did and I just have a couple insights for those of you who aren't lawyers and who haven't practiced law
