In today's show, I'm talking to intellectual property lawyer Catherine Goldman about AI and copyright, and in the introduction, I'll round up some of the things that have been happening

in this incredibly fast-changing space. And all the links are in the show notes if you want to fact-check

or follow up anything. Catherine and I recorded the interview just a day after GPT-4 was released,

and things have changed even in the past couple of weeks. So my introduction is coming up and then you'll hear from Catherine in the interview section.

And just to be clear, we are discussing the various legal cases, but it is all still in flux.
