Summary

Elie Mystal, justice correspondent and columnist for The Nation magazine and host of the new podcast, Contempt of Court with Elie Mystal, and author of Allow Me to Retort: A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution (New Press, 2022), offers legal analysis of the case, and how the Supreme Court of the United States will approach this, as it will now almost certainly intervene.
