Hey guys, a quick couple updates. We've had some changes and I wrote about this on the website.

We're not going to Cuba next year as planned. Long story short, it's just too difficult to do it

legally and there's too much at stake with the business and with the American crew that we had on that trip.

So we've reorganized that trip in the spring. That starts in April. We're going from San Juan to

Key West and instead of stopping in Havana, we're going to stop over either in the Dominican Republic

or in the Bahamas. So because of that change, a few other crew have switched passages. So we've

got some openings now on what was a sold-out trip. And also we've got a bunch of openings on East Bjorn next year as well, both for that trip,

also Key West to Bermuda and Bermuda back to Annapolis.

people getting out and cruising and it was awesome to see everybody at the cookout we had in annapolis

i talked about on the show with matt rutherford last week. Two people conspicuously missing from that cookout were Lee and Rachel Cumberland, today's guests, who have been friends of Mia and mine for a long time now, and Lee's been a producer on the podcast. So this was a long time coming. We've talked about doing this podcast for five years or so since I started the show.

But I finally got to sit with them in their house in Frederick, Maryland.

And these guys are back from cruising.

But my point I wanted to make in this intro is cruising doesn't have to be a like sell up, sell everything, leave and just go off over the horizon um there's a new

model for people in their 30s in their 20s that is this sort of with technology and the ability to travel

you go cruising for a while maybe you work remotely from your computer maybe you fly back every

once in a while be six months on the boat, six months

off. And for Lee and Rachel, their trip down to Panama and back was kind of a way to reset their

lifestyle. So they've both been working jobs. They quit their jobs, took the boat off, down to Panama,

came back again. And since they're back, they've both started businesses that have been
