All right, we'll talk about how to keep up with the medical literature.

So, you know, this, I want to start with an actual example of something that happened to me in clinic.

This is a depiction of me in clinic. It's actually charcoal on canvas. A visiting student was in my clinic and drew this picture for me,

which I thought was really

quite nice of her.

And I am in clinic every week.

I'm missing it this week to be here, but usually I'm in clinic every week.

The picture has a few things wrong with it.

I actually don't wear a white coat in clinic.

In the U.S., I guess we don't have the nice outfits you all have. I wear a suit.

And the other thing odd about the picture is I actually don't carry a stethoscope.

Like any good oncologist, my only physical exam is a PET CT.

And this day in clinic, I was taking care of a 65-year-old woman with multiple myeloma.
