uh i'm the perfect substitute teacher I'm sure you would appreciate

that so by all means I had a lot of fun the guy the chat made it super easy on me so I appreciate

everyone that tuned in and I hope we got the same sort of crowd for tonight's game yeah you know

it seemed like it was a it was a fun time for you guys I got to tell you I had a fun time

in Las Vegas is maybe a little bit too much fun. I'll tell you what, though, Matt, last night. So I was going to, I got back yesterday, was going to do a pod last night. Wow. And I was just, I was dead. There was just no way. I was not going to be able to form sentences. I slept for 11 hours. Oh, wow. You deserve it. So good. This is the first time

since, since, since the finals, this is the first time that I slept more than about five hours in a

night. Oh my God. What a difference. What a concept. Let's go. Rest, Rest. I'm off 11 hours straight sleep. I'm ready to go. I'm back, baby. I love that for you. Uninterrupted sleep is a, it's an underrated thing as you get older. I think if you could, we should do this as an offseason pod one day, but like draft of like things you hated as a kid, but now you love as an adult. I think nap would be. Naps. Oh, they're the best. I think that's the 101. For sure. Absolutely. Naps would be the top of the list. That's the 101. The number one pick off the board, like you said, Naps. uh you know another one's maybe a little underrated

but we're going to talk lebron here in just a second but salad he did salad as a kid now i'm like

man give me a good salad i was going to say snack time love that oh that one that one's still

one for me but yeah with you all right let's talk before everybody changes the channel here let's

talk about the lebron situation what's going on here now I didn't intend to talk much about this. And then LeBron

being LeBron. Yeah. This is what he did. So LeBron quote tweeted the Shamstrerunia

tweet or ex post or whatever, whatever we're calling it these days with the

announcement that Kobe Altman has gotten a new contract, a contract extension with the Cavs,

as well as Mike Anzi and Brandon Weems and LeBron, long-time friends with Brandon Weems.

And so he quote tweeted it.
