I'm going to start today with a la cap, a la cap take, but it's not a la cap take that's got

anything to do with the engagement farmer or farmer JJ or the guy in the second floor,

a.k.a. Hook up, b bong hits or anything Laker related even.

Believe it or not, I'm going to start today by talking about LeBron leaving Miami.

Even though LeBron left Miami over a decade back.

Now, I never thought that I would ever revisit this.

I never thought, well, other than that,

but I never thought that I would ever talk about LeBron's Miami departure again because I didn't think there was anything new to say about LeBron's Miami departure ever again.

But how wrong I was, how wrong I was, little did I know that there

would be a bombshell revelation over a decade later about why LeBron felt the need to bounce out of his
