Then we're joined by Glenda Jackson for our Labour Party leader in the UK and award-winning actress who is playing King Lear on Broadway.

The situation still is that if a woman is successful regardless of the field that she's working in,

she is deemed to be the exception that proves the rule.

If she's a failure well, we told you they were all rubbish.

Before we get started, this message is inspired by Cleo Wade's latest poem, Love Cleo Wade,

the poet she's not only a great friend, but also was on the pod and she's not there.

Check her out. She wrote,

If you're the same person who feels liberated because you live by the mantra,

don't worry about what anybody thinks.

Then also think about being the person who is not weighing other people down with your negative thoughts

and judgments about their life choices.

And that really spoke to me because a lot of people are here like,

I don't care what people think, like, you know what people says is a matter,

but then they are the most judgmental people.

They are the people whose thoughts are actively doing work to disparage other people

and that are clouding the world to other people.

Don't be that person.

Make sure that you put the energy in the world that you want to be in your world.
