| 0:59.6 | And I will pause for a moment and you can add your own petitions. |
| 1:04.0 | So yesterday I gave you five principles to live and inspired life. |
| 1:09.6 | Practice gratitude, do what you're supposed to do, accept what you can't change, ask for inspirations, |
| 1:16.6 | and resolve to refuse God nothing. |
| 1:20.0 | Today I want to give you the next five. So principle number six to live a life |
| 1:26.6 | inspired by the Holy Spirit is to practice daily meditation and a resolution. |
| 1:33.8 | Meditation is like having coffee with a friend. |
| 1:36.6 | We set a specific time and a place conducive for a leisurely conversation, and then we talk, share, listen and understand and just enjoy spending time together. |
