of tons of info, super, super energetic, and then, of course, James, we got to talk a little bit,

before we get into Square Foot Garden, we talked a little bit about Tuck, your companion.

He's the king, he's the star of the show.

I'm just backup, like I said.

I think it's so funny how he's taken on a life of its own on the channel and how he actually does feel like almost

like a little human being with the way that he acts.

Oh yeah, absolutely.

I wish I could almost do like a live thing of what's going on when I'm filming the videos because he decides when he wants to come on camera and what he wants to do because I'll just be filming something and then I look behind me and he's digging out his own carrot or I turn around and he's

ripping a cucumber off the plant, pulling the whole plant off the fence.

So I got to go over and pick the cucumber form.

Yeah, that's so funny.

But we're talking today about the method that actually I learned how to garden with first which

would be square foot gardening because I got to work under Mel Bartholomew for about 18 months

when I was just like first starting out gardening and you know looking back that's a

crazy experience to have had I didn't know it at the time but

I'm curious since you've coming more from that permaculture standpoint how does

square foot gardening fit into the way that you've grown?
