So, Chuck, give us an overview of what is majestic residences. Sure. We are a residential assisted living home

franchise. So what that is, is I want you to think of a big assisted living community,

you know, once you drive by, when you go to work every day, you know, and shrink that down

so it can fit in an actual residential neighborhood,

a residential home. So we're licensed for six to 16 residents. So six to 16 seniors

would live in this home. And again, in a residential neighborhood. And that really depends on

the number of residents to state allows.
